About Me

A veteran high school teacher of 24 years.  I've taught Business courses, Digital Media courses, 3D design courses, and Art courses.  Over the years I have integrated a lot of what I have done as a hobby into my classrooms teachings.  I believe trying and failing is a part of life, and a part of growing, and I encourage my students to embrace the same ideology.  There is nothing more educational, enjoyable, and rewarding as trying to do something first hand.  Textbook knowledge and theory are great, but to me, there is no better way to learn and grow, than to than to physically try something/create something.  Over the last 19 years, my students (and myself) have made films, collaborated with peers to market events, attended conferences, 3D modeled products, 3D printed prototypes, created businesses, performed market research, tried and failed, tried and failed again, tried and succeeded and so much more.

Through the years I have created many things and perfected a tried-and-true process on how-to make them.  A sort of Lesson Plan on DIY creations.  On my site, my hope is to show (teach) others how to create various high-quality and professional items.  From hand-built mailboxes, benches, and closets to 3D printed items, promo videos, drone flying, and more.
